    I've downloaded 5 or 6 movies and they all are are either 14.985 or 12 fps.I was wondering if their is anything in particular that I should be looking for when downloading so I can convert them to vcd.They all are tmd movies.I tried to convert in TMPGEnc using a custom fps setting but It won't let me change it.Any help on that would also be appreciated.Thanx.
