  1. i ripped out a audio stream (spanish) and most odf the subtitles to make a movie smaller then managed to fit on dvdr with some extra's and menu's.only thing is when you use scene selection when you select the chapters it chooses not the right one and near the last chapters it selects not even the movie(because obviously the chapters have changed lba address) is there any way to correct this using ifo.edit or something else
    thanks

Why, yes, you can use IFOEdit to fix this problem. Select your VTS_X_0.IFO - the main movie .IFO, select not the MENU EXTRAS, but the other one (MOVIE EXTRAS?), select STRIP STREAMS and Create new VIDEO_TS and VTS_01_0.IFOs. Limit the size of the file to 1GB, point to a destination directory, then hit OK. IFOEdit will then do what you want. (HINT: Read the guides... this is covered in great detail.)

  3. sorry m8 i'm a bit of a newbie but when u do vob extra's as u suggest in ifo edit does it alter vts_01_0.ifo but my movie is under vts_04_0.ifo.(say if i had most of the dvd in a folder say 5.ifo's along with video_ts.ifo and vob's)i strip vob's vts_4 (which is movie)to another folder which is then renamed by ifoedit to vts_01_xx.vob so then i rename back to vts_04_xx.vob and paste back in the folder where all the dvd is.i tried to rename the vts_01_0.ifo to vts_04.0.ifo and paste them back in also along with video_ts.ifo i tried just 1 file without the others but it wont even play .how do i go about editing vts_04_0.ifo in the main dvd folder so the chapters(scene selection)correspond with the stripped vts_04_x.vob files which are in the same folder.
    thanks for any help?
