  3. Depends somewhat to how your DVD is authored. Each episode may be a title with either all titles in one titleset or each title in its own titleset. For these cases the guide works.

    Then there may be only one title with each episode being a chapter in the title. Then you'll have to join subtitles together and know the legth of each episode to determine the offset for each joined subtitle.

    I think you mean to write 'demux'. And you will have to extract the DVD files from the ISO to do the job. And, since the Method 2 as mentioned in the guide to which videobruger linked is the better method, you'll also have to demux the 'assets' (video, audio, chapter points). As he also mentioned, if all the episodes are in the same PGC (same title), your job becomes much harder as then you'll have to join the subs as well.
