Hello Everyone,

I just got Avermedia GC 573 as a gift, and after putting it in my PC, I am just getting the background image of my desktop. It records the sound and everything, but it does not record, show or capture the games or anything else.

I have Intel 9900K CPU
Gigabyte Aorus MAster Z390 Series mother board
Gigabyte 2080 TI video Card
16 gig ram

I don't know know why it does not show or record games, can anyone please help out.
