I am writing files to disc. Mainly mp3/mp4 to a cd-r. Does it tell you what percentage of the cd-r you have left so you know how many more files you can add?

I do not think it does.
And neither AFAIK resume a burn in this manner.
Could be wrong tho. -
If you're writing the files as data files to the disc and burning them all on in one go then yes, I think it does. If you're expecting to create an audio CD that would play in a CD player then ImgBurn isn't what you're looking for. At the end of the day, it's small and free . . . why not give it a go and see if it does what YOU want it to do? If it doesn't then just uninstall and move on.

Hi,
@TimA-C
Yes it is small and "free", but with opencandy inside, so it isnt in real free to just instal and uninstall.

To the OP.
Even if you could write additional files to the disk you would inevitably no longer have access to the first batch of files since that writing session would be closed and the player would only be able to see the most recent session. -
Never had a problem with ImgBurn and opencandy. In fact I installed it on a pc I put together a couple of weekends ago and had no issues. You just have to use your eyes, engage your brain and choose not to install the offered additional software. It really isn't difficult.

No, but the percentage of the disc space that has been allocated to the files already added to the source files list is displayed if you press the calculator icon on the information tab after adding a file. If you want to automatically display the amount of space already allocated, check the box labeled "Auto" on the information tab.
Note that ImgBurn always closes the session after burning even if the disc is not full, so no more files can be added to the disc after the burn has been completed.Ignore list: hello_hello, tried, TechLord, Snoopy329
