    all i seem to get is wicked frame drops with vdub and ati tv capure,ive tried different codecs too.when i do get one that dont play that bad i convert using avi2vcd but then the vcd looks totally crappy,ive also tried so many resalutions...please help
    my hardware
    tyan s1854 motherboard. p3 866mhz 192mb of ram 32mb all inwonder pro 128 agp card
