Help saving a stubborn video

Tried a large number of stream downloaders, some online and others installed in my computer, yet can't find a way to download this video

Any software out there capable of dealing with this type of stream?

I used Tubedigger ($15) and downloaded a 6min17sec 22MB video. Mega link to video:

Maybe someone else can give you info on how to download with free software such as youtube-dl.

youtube-dl is free and can download the video:

I got the mpd URL using a web browser's Developer Tools (press F12 to bring up the tool, load the page, go to Developer Tools Network tab to see all the files that were loaded/played.

Youtube-dl is a command line program but there are GUI front ends for it.
