    Hey ... a strange problem that all the files are on the computer and open file. \
    Attached CLIP. Perhaps individual files / need permission that I dealt with it .....

    AFAIR, saving files to "C:\" requires the program to be run with Administrator privileges.
    But speaking in general, saving personal files to C:\ is not a recommended practice.

    As for the problem shown in the YouTube video, I have no idea

    I asked in another forum and someone told me that is happens when you put a lot filter/effects
