    What's the easiest way to change the brightness of my vcd? Once I finish encoding as Toast Ready VCD the movie is very dark and mostly black.

    Not being intimately acquainted with Macs, I'll have to be a bit vague, but the best way would (of course) be to boost the brightness before encoding - exactly what application you would use to do that on a Mac, I wouldn't know.
