    I recently purchased a PAL DVD and now trying to convert to NTSC using CladDVD XP and TMPGE. How do I convert the final output(MPEG2) file into a VOB??? Please advise. THANKS!!!

    You need to use a DVD authoring program such as Dvdit or Spruce up. You will need to create your own menu's, chapter points etc as they will have been lost in the conversion.
