I have WinXP Pro, Geforce 2 mx 200 w/tvout, and TV Wonder PCI. I installed the XP drivers from ATI and everything works fine except for the fact that when I capture I have a horizontal line at the bottom of the movie(file) that is out of sync.....anyone have any similar probs? I tested it with 2 different inputs to ensure that it wasn't that.....I am using the composite in... I tried in MMC 7.1 and Adobe Premeire 6.0 but the same results....Do you think that it's just a bad card?
I also tried using PowerVcR II. Same horizontal bar.....just 3 or 4 bars from the bottom.....It even does it when I capture a still....

Unfortunately, that's because of composite in or VHS, I'm not sure which, but it's the same with all tuners. If you can set your capture program to overscan, you'll be fine, if not, you'll need cropping.
