I know that I need to reencode the videos so I can join them, but I don't want to reencode the second video that is bigger and takes a lot of time. I want to reencode the first video to be exactly in the same format as the second so I can simply join the files fast. Can someone help me and give me more info about what software to use and what settings to use so I can convert the first video in the same format as the second?
    Thank you!

You could just try vidcoder and under settings change everything so close as the second video as possible. AVC=H.264/x264. But I guess it will be hard to get exact same settings so you can join. And then 15fps to 29.97fps....

    Then join with myMp4boxgui.
