winAVI all in one

hi there,
im trying to convert my .MOV files using winAVI, but everytime i try and add a file to it it crashes. anyone else encountered a problem like this

Obviously yes; there is a post about crashes right on the download page.

As long as there is true freeware with equal or even better features, I would never use trialware. What is this at all, just another GUI for ffmpeg?

Tell us exactly what you want to convert (source analysis with MediaInfo, target format specs as detailed as known), and we can tell you a more reliable alternative certainly.
