  1. Hi
    someone captured a 720p hdtv video
    when there isn't movement the image quality is ok
    but when there is movement there is kind of ghosting... how could i play it without this blur?

  4. The ghosting is in the captured video. Possibly a blend deinterlace. There's no real fix.

  6. If you want to upload a short sample of the source (with moderate motion that shows the problem) someone will take a look at it. Problems like this can sometimes be alleviated. But it will require a lot of learning.
