  1. Is its the right for mat, that 64 whatever, it wont have to reencode. But what if I forgot to put subtitles in. WIll it then have to encode and go all yuckers?

    Do you want hardcoded subtitles? THen must you reencode.

    You can put soft/switchable subtitles with mp4box, mymp4boxgui, etc.

  3. Not hardcoded, just merged with a choice of on or off like mkv. If I place then next to the mp4s they work fine, should I just go that route?
