  1. Normally I follow following diagram:

    1) Using any commercial BDDecrypter like AnyDVDHD, rip the BD contents to HDD.
    (Keep in mind this step requires almost 50GB space on HDD.)

    2) Demux BD-Video.m2ts to raw video.264 or video.h264, audio.dts and audio.ac3.

    3) Down convert BD-Video.m2ts video bit-rate to desired video bitrate by using XMedia Recode or HandBrake.
    (Normally Video Bitrate => 5000+ kbps would be enough, but its your choice.)
    Copy audio.ac3 (or audio.dts) "AS-IS" pass-thru' will maintain professional (hardware-mixture) quality.

    GUIDE 1 : Ripping Blu-Ray with HandBrake (wiill pass-thru' DTS n AC-3)

    GUIDE 2 : Blu-Ray to MKV / MP4 using XMedia Recode *
    * NOT SURE ABOUT DTS n AC-3 PASS-THROUGH,
    But you can only encode raw video stream without audio in XMedia Recode.

    GUIDE 3 : How to Convert Blu-ray to MP4 HD or MKV HD (using RiPBot Guide by Baldrick)
    RiPBot has a feature for Audio Stream Copy -> DTS n AC-3 PASS-THROUGH, i guess.

    4) Re-MUX video.h264 and audio.ac3 either to output.mkv or output.mp4.
    in case of HandBeake n RiPBot, DTS n AC-3 pass-through, step 4 can be avoided.

    Any better suggestions are most welcomed! Plz.

    Or even better. Select ANY .m2ts file directly from Blu-ray disc in Ripbot264 (make sure that ANYDVD HD is runing in background!)

    True. But I often encode a couple of BD>MKVs overnight, so I like to batch them together in Ripbot from AnyDVD HD rips. I've also ran into a few, mostly non-US BDs that I need to run through tsMuxeR to get the correct audio stream and it seems easier with the ripped BD. But Ripbot is a great program. New version will allow playlist modification (you can uncheck unwanted streams from playlist). This should prevent any audio related problems
