    What the format used in south America (Brazil)?
    Is NTSC or PAL?
    And what is Aspec Ratio? What I need to configure if I want to create a VCD?

    The system in Brazil is called M-PAL. It's the only country in the world that uses this strange system. It has the scanning characteristics of NTSC (720x480 @ 30frames/sec) but has the color system of PAL. So, when making a VCD you have to select NTSC (352x340 @30 frames). Then hopefully, your DVD player has a M-PAL encoder for display on your TV set or monitor.

    i think he meant "352x240@30fps" instead of 352x340@30fps
