    Hi,
    See this command
    Code:
    ffmpeg.exe -acodec copy -vcodec copy -strict very -shortest -ss 31 -t 20 -i "D:\MP\M2U00031.MPG" "D:\MP\test.vob"


    Please tell if there is some settings so that my first method will work with all time stamps.

    I think its fixed when the parameter is given first .
