    Hi, I am trying to capture Video through Firewire card at 480 x 480 settings, but Premiere doesn't allow me to change it. Any help. Does someone have any template for Adobe Premiere 6 Thanks in advance

    if you'll accept the suggestion capture at the default setting and then compress smaller
