    you right, i use vlc and pot player, but both give me some kind of background noise, you dont ear it?

    but i test on my tv and it sounds fine.

    its weird, because i have 2 capture cards, one 2250 and one 1600 hauppauge, 2250 give me this sound,

    for rencode, what kind of .....i can use? i use handbrake with dolby prologic II

  4. I was listening on some small speakers at low volume so I didn't hear the 60 Hz hum. You have a ground loop problem. Try plugging all the hardware into the same power strip. In the worst case you will need a ground loop isolator.

    problem appears and disappears. sometimes you can hear it and sometimes not.

  6. And unplug any equipment/devices that you're not actively using. For example, cable TV cables are typically grounded very far from your house, making them a prime source of ground loop problems.

    today i did it, and video looks better, O_o and sound clear!!

    but, why this happen?, i mean, i have same configuration in other room many electronics plugged to power strip , and in that case problem don't happen.

  8. You could try better shielded cables. This can happen if a cable is going bad making the ground connection intermittent. Make sure all AC plugs are plugged in the right way (modern plugs are all keyed so you can't plug them in backward). Make sure the AC plug in the wall is properly grounded and wired (you can get inexpensive testers for this: http://www.amazon.com/Electrical-Receptacle-Outlet-Ground-Tester/dp/B0012DHVQ0/). Try reversing any AC adpaters (wall warts) being used.
