    How can I change the SWF container into a FLV container without reencoding?

    I do not think you can

    SWF is not a container but a bespoke Adobe format.

    And even if you could repack the swf in to a flv container as a copy stream it would still behave like a swf file with the limied playback options as present.

    Well, at least you should try to apply the SWFtools onto the pesky file, and then see what happens
