Can you recommend an upload script?

I'm looking for a fairly simple upload script for a web page to upload video files, just one at a time, to a private folder, so that I could download them later, with maybe a progress bar. A free one would be prefered.

Is the web site yours? If so maybe your host has a working script. Ask them. If you are uploading vids just for storage and they are small files, then uploading them to a file cloud site is much easier as they sync from your folder on your computer. It's automatic, no script needed.

Another idea is to upload to Vimeo or youtube and make it private. I don't know if they have automatic uploading scripts, I think not.
