    Hi there.

As a newbie, I apologize in advance for not introducing myself in the newbie section but it's a bit of an emergency.

I've been talking to an editor I work with and she uses premier pro to edit an HD film shot on a DSLR.

The film we are editing has to be around under 2 minutes. She has edited an audio track that is 2.16 minutes and trimmed it so that the complete film is 2 minutes.

However as much as things are fine on the edit in Premiere Pro, she finds that when she goes to export the film, the finished copy of the film is without sound (without the score).

I would appreciate any help from anybody regarding this and thank you in advance.

    Kind Regards

hopefully you aren't paying this "editor". without seeing what she's doing it's not possible to fix her mistakes. adding audio isn't at all hard.

have her render out the audio and video separately, make sure they both play before trying to use them, and then start a new premiere project and join them. if you don't want any loss of video quality have her render the video out to a lossless codec and the audio to pcm wav.

Many thanks aedipuss. She only told me what the problem was. I'm not paying the editor - we're working collaboratively on a short film. I shall let her know what you said.
