    I have an audio (.dts) and video (.mkv) file (both from the same movie), the audio file is from the 720p version at 23.976fps and the video file from the 1080p version at 24.000 fps. How can i merge them with mkvmerge so that the audio and video are synced? Thanks.

    Try changing the frame rate of one.
