I have some video files (rmvb and avi) that has one audio track, but uses stereo audio channels (left and right) for different languages. For example, I hear English from the left speaker and Spanish from the right speaker (at the same time).
Some of the media players (such as Media Player Classic) allow me to disable one of the channels. But is there any way to remove one of the channels (either left or right)?
I did some research. It's easy to remove one audio track, but not one audio channel.
Since I have many files to process, it'd be great if I can do it in a batch mode.
Thank you very much!
Michael

Fairly straightforward, but every single audio track will need to be recompressed.

If you can handle command lines, try
ffmpeg channelmap
The video just "copy".
