    Your can record movies and play them back on there. But what I want to do is add movies to it, but I dont know what codec I need to convert them to. Is there any programs that will tell me what codec it is? All I know so far that is .avi..

    dl media info to your Pc
    copy a movie from the leap frog to your pc

    open media info , drag and drop the file on to the MI window

    it will give you the encoding info
