  1. I've asked around a little and done a ton of searching trying to find an answer to this question, but here it is.

Whenever I try and (I'm unfamiliar with the correct terminology, sorry) send the video from AmaRecTV to any other software (FFSplit, XSplit, OBS) it gives me either a black screen (OBS), or the AmaRecTV watermark screen (the one it displays when you have AmaRecTV as the selected capture source in itself, instead of your capture card or whatever).

It's almost as if the video being shown on AmaRecTV is being ignored, and any other software just detects it as if it was, um, viewing itself.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? I feel like maybe there's an option I don't have ticked somewhere, but I've looked everywhere.

I made a picture to try and demonstrate exactly what I mean, if there's any other information I need to provide let me know.

  2. Alright so, update:

I fixed the issue, apparently to use AmaRecTV for streaming to something like FFSplit you have to have the "Live Function" enabled.

Which is in Config > Graph 3(Live) > and check Live Enable.

Figures it would be something simple like that...
