Subrip doesn't work

Hello everybody, please help me!!!

I want to rip the subtitle in a DVD copyright by YesAsia. I did everything as the guide suggest, but it only run up to 94-96% then it STOP. What can I do now?

At first my Subrip window appear exactly like this

As soon as I hit START, this window appear

You could make an IDX/SUB file (VobSub Configure), and then OCR that using SubResynch (comes with VobSub also).

Open the IFO in VobSub Configure (included in VobSub) and take it from there. Here's a guide:

Once you get the IDX/SUB files, you can try SubRip again (File->Open VOBs->Open Dir), or open the IDX in SubResynch (also comes with VobSub) and then "Save As" SSA or SRT or whatever format you like.

Try if this helps when using Subrip:

Using the dropdown box near "language streams"; see if there's a "Greek wide letterbox" or "Greek 4:3" entry available.

The important part is the wide/letterbox or pan&scan mentioned in the name of the subtitle stream.

My guess then is that there's something wrong with the DVD on the hard drive. My next suggestion would be to start over and decrypt it again. How did you get it onto the hard drive originally?
