my chassis fan doesn't work .can someone guess the problem

Hm, let's see....how many different models of PC have been manufactured over the last 15 years? Someone might be able to guess which one you have. You might get better advice if you furnish more information.
In general, however, you should unplug the chassis fan's power cable from the motherboard, buy a new fan that fits, and plug its power cord into the same motherboard power connector you're using now. However, some PC's (usually Dell) require special types of chassis fans.Last edited by sanlyn; 25th Mar 2014 at 02:04.

The other possibility is that the PC's power supply is dead.
