  1. Hello folks,

    This is continuation of this thread.

    When I convert DVD to XviD using AutoGK, I rip subtitles as well. As I mentioned in the thread before, I prefer to delete the last part of the movie. I wonder in that case, can I still use the same subtitles or I need to edit them. If I need to edit them, how do I do that?

    You must edit the subtitles manually. With for example subtitle edit.

  3. It's OK to remove the last part of the film (the end credits I assume). The subs will still play even if there are translations in the part you've removed. It's when you remove something from elsewhere in the film that the subs will go out of synch.

    Edit: Just read the earlier thread. If there aren't any subs you want after the beginning of the edited part, you won't need to edit the subs. If there is some more dialog after the edited part, then do as Baldrick said.
