    my papa uses dazzle dvc2 it frequently give message 'device attached is not functioning' which goes off when we press the pci card slightly and it reappears on every 2nd / 3rd day, secondly vcd created by it does not run all the vcd players(stand alone) eg. vcd player by panasonic( handy one) only sound is there no picture why it is happening?

    1.) It sounds like the card is loose. Take it out completly and put it back in, make sure u hear a sound.

    2.) Bad CD-R, mpeg not encoded to VCD specs.
