I don't know why this is happening but this happens to me to when I try to play MPG2 files in Mediaplayer. This can't be done originally so Mediaplayer is using a dll from another prg that you've installed. In my case it was Elecard. If I play MPG1 or avi's then they turn up right. Well it's ok to watch the movie in Elecards player also .

  3. Have you tried doing a search for upside down on this very board?
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."

  4. Hi,

When you install VOBSUB, this happens.... you can just uninstall VOBSUB, or when you play a movie right click on it and there should be an option to correct this.

  5. What is VobSob and how do you know if it is installed? I have the same problem with upside down images. In another thread it was mention that DivXG400 could be causing the problem but I havent had time to look into this further, I just read that thread a minute ago.

    Sorry for stupid question....
    Thanks

  6. Hi,

    Just back from vacation

Go to your control panel and open "Add/Remove programs" check there if you see "VobSub v2.xx (Remove Only)"

  7. I didnt have this problem until I installed DivxG400. After installing that, all my mpeg2 were upside down. I uninstalled it and everything is fine. I installed it in the first place because I was told that it corrects errors with GeForce cards. I have a GeForce 2. You know what? The stupid program didnt make a damn bit of difference execpt making mpeg2's upside down. Anybody have any thoughts on this? Do I need this program if I have a GeForce?
