My LG BD-570 can not play certain mkv files, how do I fix this?

I'll post the file info of two mkv's that play just fine and one that doesn't, please identify the difference between these files and what causes my problem. What can I do to get my file playing?

I read that it could be that files made with makemkv 4.0.0 won't play but this is obviously not the problem. I tried to convert to mp4 with Handbrake which worked but left me with 2 ch audio.

Please help!

it's usually the dopey header stripping. you can remux the video without header stripping with mkvmergegui. just go into it's options and make sure header stripping is turned off before using it on the video.

start mkvmergegui, open the non-working mkv, give it a new destination or name, click merge. it will be re-written.
