    a scripting program ? "make cd"

    give the program avi file name,and it checks the file and chooses some setting
    you then pick the demensions for croping, sizing, aspect etc..
    alter as needed ( if needed 0

    and it wrote the frame serving script, to be used with avisynth and vdub

    either i have the name wrong or the prgm is no longer available
