    I have a 40 min. mpeg video,now i want to add a logo in that video,
    but the logo is appear in screen from starting time is 10 min. to 16 min then again 23 min to 29 min so give some advise,
    1) any freeware app.
    2) if encoding is needed then no issue
    3) but quality is must..........................

    Search for avisynth logo. And yes you must reconvert so you will lose a bit quality.

    okkk, now i want to some compromise with video quality,
    but i cant understand avisynth, i just download so...,some help with that.

    You could use Womble, not free but is fully functional for 30 days. Timeline based video on top track second track down is the title track where you can create your logo - but you can't import a pre-made logo or file.

    but it did work like i want,because i not want that logo working in fully video, you understand my friend........

    Not sure what you mean but if you mean you only want the logo at 2 spots for a predetermined time that's easy just put a split in the logo file and drag it to where in the time line you want. You will need to read the Womble manual or use the help file that gives graphical examples.
