How do I add a logo to a video in Imovie? I may convert it to flash to play it online though.

I'm pretty sure it's not possible. Maybe with a third party plugin. See http://www.mac-forums.com/forums/movies-video/130165-adding-image-imovie.html .

And moving you to our mac section.

You are basically wanting to add a .PSD file to the iMovie Project.
You'll need either alpha on with transparent background in the PSD
( if you want the logo to appear over the video, like a Station logo
identifier ( think ABC or CBS) or, you will need no transparency
if you want it to appear full frame ( like say the Sony or the Jerry Bruckenhimer logo) at the start of the picture.

Either way you'll need to create this in Quicktime Pro I believe,
I haven't used iMovie in ages, so I don't think that iMovie
lets you do multi-track overlays, which is what this is called.
( however, this is commonplace for FCE and FCP)
