  2. Did you reencode the video? If reencoded, what MPEG-2 encoder did you use? What's the source of the video? Something you created or something commercial? What's the AC3 audio's bitrate?

Anyway, the max video bitrate plus the audio bitrate plus the muxing overhead goes over the limit a number of times. I guess you were just testing the resulting Muxman VOBs, because it won't create a playable DVD with all those errors. With an average bitrate that high, many (if not most) encoders won't abide by the max bitrate you set. You'll have to reencode it using a lower max bitrate.

Id check if muxman didnt barf because the video bitrate was "variable" and not constant ... that general gets a no no

    Thanks for your suggestions.
Sorry for delay in my response!

-yes i did, its Sorenson squeeze the one out-of-box which squeeeeeezed me!

    - Cheap CAM Canon VIXIA m2ts --> mov.

Something you created or something commercial?
its something my cousin created, family b'day event.
non-commercial, something like Free Bytes & Beer for family and friends!

    What's the AC3 audio's bit-rate?
    448k - 2ch

Thanks for advice, i did re-encode at lower bit-rate.
It went pretty smooth and fine through MuxMan.

    Thanks!
re-encode at 5000kbps -CBR gave me desired quality.

    Thanks for looking and inputs.
