  2. Muxman won't produce a playable DVD, of course, but IFOEdit, even with the message, will. My suggestion is to ignore the message that IFOEdit gives and to use the IFOEdit authored DVD. The chances are excellent that you'll never notice anything wrong when playing the DVD.

  4. I couldn't tell you as I don't use SubtitleCreator to make SUP files for DVD. However, add in the delay (the amount they're out-of-synch) to the SRT file using SubtitleCreator before making the SUP file.

There is a good program that works better of SubtitleCreator? What program do you use to convert sub?

  6. I use MaestroSBT to convert SSA text subtitles to SST subtitles which Muxman accepts. That doesn't help you with your problem, though. I'm not saying SubtitleCreator doesn't work well, and I don't know the cause for the out-of-synch subtitles after authoring with Muxman or IFOEdit. All I was saying was that you can easily fix the problem before making the subtitles.

You can also fix the out-of-synch subtitles in the completed DVD using DVDSubEdit. You'll want section 3.2 of the manual:
