ok.. So here.. I added subs using an .avs and it works! But.. The output file is too large.
Input - 1.6GB
Output - 3.63GB
Here's what I did..
1. Dragged the .avs file into VDubMod
2. Compression -> Xvid (Xvid Home) -> Two pass - 1st pass (Target kbytes/bitrate is dashed out)
3. File -> Save as -> (Checked the "Don't this job now;add to job control") -> Save
4. Compression -> Xvid (Xvid home) -> Two pass - 2nd pass (Target kbytes I placed is 718000 and not bitrate)
5. (Repeated Step 3)
6. Job Control -> Clicked start
Result
First Job - 3.2GB .avi with no video just audio
Second Job - 3.63GB .avi with video and audio
2 files that is more than 6GB in total
Did I do something wrong? Or did I miss something..
I wanted my 1:33:00 movie to be about 700MB.. So it would fit in a disc.
If someone could teach me the right way to get my 700MB movie file. (With screenshots or proper and detailed instruction)
Would be greatly appreciated..
I'm using Xvid 1.3.2
