Change frame rate. Audio don't match with Video...?!

Hello,



I have a video and i use VirtualDub to change frame rate to 31.2500
From video menu i choice Frame Rate and change it to 31.2500
using Change frame rate to (fps) option. I didn't change the sound
setting just choice Direct stream copy option.

What should i do to fix the problem...?!

Why change the fps to 31.2500???

You must adjust the audio with something else like goldwave and then mux back to the video.

I want to add another sound from other video file to the video above. To make the video match the audio file length...

Do you have another idea to make the sound has the same length as the video file...?!
