    like the squeezed title says. I noticed DVD-Decrypter said "device not ready: media not present" when it was. I was told to use img burn and did. It worked. Now it says "device not ready: media not present." Which one do I use, or do I use a new dvd burner after buying a new ne?

    Is this the same drive that won't burn dual layer discs from May 4th?....the thread you started and never came back to update?

    Yes, this is the same burner. I started the thread and saw the response saying to download another program and did. It worked and now it doesn't. Should I have closed the thread after getting a response?
    Now it says the same thing in the new program.
