I just added a audio track to a video and it's slightly off... How do i fix it?

wtf? try again with complete info on all the video and audio specs. what sources, what software did you use, where did the files come from????????

... I extracted the audio from one file with MKVExtractGUI2 and added it to a better quality version with mkvmerge. The audio track i added is slightly off and i want to know how to time it right. I'm going to assume it has something to do with the Timecodes, but i don't know how to get those.
