    Hello

    What is the easiest way to get a .wma file larger that 700mb onto an 80min 700mb cd-r ?.My friend doesn't have a DVD player!

    If the duration of the file is less than 80 minutes, you could always create an audio CD from the .wma.

    If you're wanting to create a data CD, your only option is to convert/recompress the file. Overburning would only get you so far, and isn't guaranteed to be readable by all players/etc., anyway.
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?

    That is true, but given the bit rates WMA uses that is either a 2+ hour long file or it's multichannel audio which will have to be converted for audio CD.

    I've seen someone do insane things with WMA encoding, creating large files, but that was mostly because he approached it from an MP3-encoding mindset.

    The WMA would have to be converted to create an audio CD, anyway.
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?

  6. To get more space you can also try to find a 100min CD-R, they are rare but they exist.
