I want to cut my SVCD. My movie: 1:27:20. When I enter the numbers start 0 and end 2700 size 800 in BBMPEG then I get the first half wich dures 45 minutes but the other half is not finished for about 12 minutes. How is that possible? And what should I do about it?

    Extra info:

    Original DivX movie: 716.326kb
    Original SVCD: 1.596.280kb
    After Demultiplex in TMPGenc
    Video: 1.428.573kb
    Audio: 143.275kb
    Output files BBMPEG
    1: 818.922kb
    2: 561.837kb

I think it has to be something with the sizes...

  3. Hi - You are not alone - smile

    I've the same Problem!

I've converted an MPEG 4 V2 capture into SVCD Format with
TMPGEnc - the results were very superb

The size of the Capture File merely 2,7 Gig
    The SVCD File 1,7 Gig
Length of the Film: 90 min

To Split it i tried to use the bbmpg. For doing this, I demultiplexed the
    SVCD-File
    The Result: Video: 850 MB
    Audio 88 MB
    Length 53 min

The Rest of the File is missing. Several Repeats - no different result

Any Ideas to solve the problem??

  5. I think you are trying to fit the movie into two 800MB disc.
I normally tried the following :

Use flim rate, trim off the opening and ending credit of the movie, and encode one of the disc with lower bit rate.

A CD can typically take 780MB of meg2 video.

    Good luck.
