    hey guys im new to this so bare with me hahaha
    well, i have a xbox 360 slimline 250gb and i wanna capture my gameplay with a HD cap card, im looking for it to b just under or over $100, i have my xbox running with a HDMI cable so does that matter? i also have about 2 hdmi cables spare so cables isnt i problem (i hope) i have a laptop witch is resonably new, and a oldish computer but it has plenty of harddrive and ram cuz i upgraed it

    Laptop is useless for this purpose. You will need a PCIe slot. Beyond that we need to know your actual tech specs.

    EDIT: Or double your budget and use component -- in that case get the Hauppauge HD PVR and hook it up by USB to either computer.
