  1. I was hoping someone on here could help me with a little situation i'm having with tsMuxer.

So, i buy a BD and immediately go to put it on my Linux server for viewing throughout my apt. I rip the BD and then convert using Ripbot. Once I have the MKV for the movie, I use tsMuxer to demux the .SUP files and then MKVmerge to merge the two into MKV. I do not convert the .SUPs to anything (like .sub) before merging. Boxee Box plays the MKV with SUP very well.

My issues is that with the new Toy Story 3 BD, the main movie is broken into multiple files (15+). I pull the .mpls file into tsmuxer and it brings in all the appropriate files to create a large file (i have successfully done this with other movies that were comprised of 5-10 files). The issue is that tsMuxer names the file "0005+00012+..." etc for each file that comprises the playlist. The problem is the file name is too long for tsMuxer to create a .SUP file since it is 15+ files. Any idea how to fix this? Any other way to obtain the .SUP file than from tsMuxer? Thanks.

  2. Clown_BD? Not for Linux though.

You could use BDRB to extract main movie and output to MKV. You can deselect unwanted streams and specify output size, and it handles *.pgs streams fine.
    Pull! Bang! Darn!
