what would the best setting for me for Handbrake ? plz answer

I have converted ts video 1920x1080pixel into mp4 using handbrake, I kept bit rate unchanged and constant ratio 22 and anamorphic strict but still some player cannot play only splash player pro can play.Should I change the bit rate or what should i do to play it with other player?

what should be the best format mkv or mp4 in terms of output quality?

best resolution preset ? 1360x768 which is the specification of my monitor or 1920x1080 the original ts specification.I mean should i keep anamorphic strict or something else ? if something else then plz answer with data.


Does a video of 1920x1080pixel look blur in 1360x768 monitor bcz the monitor lacks the pixel? plz naswer
