hi there is it possible to capturing through usb on HV30 into moviemaker ? normally I use Firewire into fce, but it would be awesome if the usb was also able to do it, I cant figure out if the usb is only for pictures

no it can't be done, you are correct in that usb is only for still pictures.

do you know if it will fix the problem so I can import into movide maker with a firewire to usb adaptor ?

AFAIK, that won't work. The good news is that firewire cards are cheap, and probably much less than you would pay for a firewire-to-usb adapter.Originally Posted by birdclaw
