    OK, I only got the .DAT file on my CD collection, I could always run it on MediaPlayer on my PC, but I cannot run it on my standalone DVD nor VCD player. Can anybody help me create actual VCD from .DAT file

    www.vcdhelp.com/nero.htm
    and add the .dat as the video source. it should work.
