OK, so I decided to buy this software for converting all my old VHS tapes to DVD.
When I had installed it it did not work so I decided to contact them for assistance. I think I clicked on the link on the installation disc but it would not go to the website! I soon found out I had lost internet connection but after 2 phone calls to my ISP on 2 consecutive days it was still the same. The last one told me to reset my modem!!! I had to contact my Computer Tech and $74 later had the internet.
The next evening I tried again to contact VHS2DVD website to check on the progress of the ticket they had raised for me to help with getting the installation of the software right. I lost internet immediately!!! I then knew for sure it was VHS2DVD website.
However the guy I talked to at my ISP fixed the problem by opening the computer in SAFE MODE and then back again. Clearly the previous two calls had been a waste of time!!!
Has anyone else heard of this problem with the website for VHS2DVD?
Thanks,
Phil.
